the operative word is "would like to set up a stall", and NOT "will be
setting up a stall".

if the contents do not meet the overall focus of the event, the request can
(and possibly, should) be declined

can you point to some information about EduBOSS? i cannot find in
bosslinux.in site. I have used edubuntu. is it similar?
