[Ilugc] NRCFOSS stall at SFD

dear friends :
NRCFOSS team would like to set up a stall. Focus will be on EduBOSS (the
school version of BOSS including subject contents), some of the eGov related
applications (especially with localisation & rural deployment
implications).  We also look forward to interactions with the visitors
(especially students) regarding FOSS project related activities.
