[Ilugc] NRCFOSS stall at SFD

This is Thyagu's personal comment. Everyone in ILUGC will be having
some personal likes and dislikes. But that should NOT affect the
ILUGC activities.

Aim of the SFD is to showcase the FOSS to the people. In that angle,
I don't see any issue in NRC-FOSS stalls. So it will be a part of
the SFD.

just to clarify, in it's second stage NRC-FOSS has 7 branches - AU-KBC at MIT, 
IITM, IITB, IIIT hyderabad and 3 CDAC wings. The stall proposed here is the 
NRC-FOSS, CDAC Chennai wing.
