There are other expenses than just compensating volunteers.
Lack of our legal entity need not prevent them from giving publicity in
media, which on our own we cannot do. It need not be an ad, just a press
realease/press meet will go a long way.
last time we needed money we collected about 12000 in 10 minutes.
