They are planning for a LDD in August, and require
guidance and support from ILUGC members.
But I have been talking about a July LDD to the chairman of Jaya
Institutions :-( See. Already one conflict.
NOTE: Please keep the list informed about any initiative being taken
so that others will help/co-ordinate with the same person to avoid too
many parallel processes without sync.
