Patches and configuration scripts for binutils, gmp, mpfr and gcc.

gcc doesn't build smoothly.  Something in the build usually aborts
with a debugger window, most often in a fix-includes step.  I've just
dismissed the window, and the build continues.  Certain files have
turned up corrupted several times.  So, it probably could use more work,
but since it's working for me right now, I may not get to it.

I haven't tried to use this in a Haiku build, but I have used it to
build Python and the NHC Haskell compiler.
