emails now of yours how upset you have been
just go to bed tonight sara and just try and sleep have good sleep and forget
him now

so just you think of yourself for now sara
start afresh now
go out more to get out of flat
go to Gym more often to keep your mind occupied all the time now
you need to be ding things with yourself now

Have you ever thought of chatting on a chat show where people ring in to chat
to dj about almost anything
I chated to amon and jimmy wild on radio manchester last year got all my words
mixed up through nerves hahahehehehehe
they put my nerves at ease though then i was fine after that
Right do not worry about him any more now your going to make yourself ill over
him and he is not even that bothred how upset you are other wised he would of
apologised by now wouldn't he?

OH I hope you've now got the email I sent in reply to the one about your day
I'm glad you had a lovely day with Julia maybe you'll have it now I always
enjoy reading about your days. I'm glad you enjoyed your shandy. Glad you've
spoken to Phyllis to bless her. I know every-one is so supportive that's what
true friends do and I'm always there for my friends I'm a true friend that man
who wrote to me earlier who is called Keith but nothing like our lovely mucky
duck 2 of course that other Keith Jamie's mate is not a true friend he is
nothing but a trouble causer he thinks the sun shines out of Jamie i'm feeling
quite calm at the moment just upset some times I get angry and then once I've
used up all my energy feeling cross I get drained and then I miss him and I do
miss him and still love him in spite of his neglect. Just watched BB and now
listening to gold again.
