problem like that is to GOOGLE the whole error message and if that doesn't
get anything try the more pertinent pieces of it seperately.....You might
find the answer that way.....also try deleting the program and run a
registrysearch on the name of the program and delete instance of the
program....be careful what you delete though ....if in doubt leave it. Then
reinstall paying extra close attention to all the screens to make sure of
what is being installed. If you still have trouble email me and we will
