- Might want to make sure that the computer if facing magnetic north using theproper declination for your location rather than true north to make sure all the data bits are properly aligned. If that is the kind of support they offer, you need to look for a better editor. You might try to uninstall it, delete the directory it was installed in if the uninstall doesn't do that, then reinstall it and see if that helps.
