LuAnn,

  The best place to start on a problem like that is to GOOGLE the whole error
message and if that doesn't get anything try the more pertinent pieces of it
seperately.....You might find the answer that way.....also try deleting the
program and run a registry search on the name of the program and delete
instance of the program....be careful what you delete though ....if in doubt
leave it. Then reinstall paying extra close attention to all the screens to
make sure of what is being installed.

  If you still have trouble email me and we will tackle it

I am trying to use an html editor. It has worked fine until this morning when
it just up and shut down. I tried again and it gives me error messages "access
violation at address 007FC7EB in module HOTMKit.exe Read of address 46463030";
I then have to ctrl-alt-del to get out of the program. What gives?? These are
freeware/trials and support is pretty slim. Thanks in advance! LuAnn

ps I've downloaded 3 different ones and they all do it now.
