Dan, in my experience, just running eseutil with the /d switch does what you need done. Eseutil will do some basic integrity checks prior to defragmenting, and will alert you if it finds errors, and at that point you can decide whether you need isinteg. But otherwise, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
