I'm using a Sony StorStation which is attached to a backup server. I will try adding the address to the host file on my backup server. What I can't seem to understand is why the Shadow Copy writers do not reset themselves. I think that may be the key to resolving my issue. Thank you. > This is a multi-part message in MIME format. > > ----=_NextPart_ST_16_11_01_Monday_August_02_2004_2226 > Content-Type: text/plain; > charset="us-ascii" > Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable > > Mario, > > =20 > > Is the backup software/tape unit on the exchange server (just curious)? > If not, have you tried adding a static DNS entry in the host file for > backup server?
