Wish I did. Sounds like if you have a VersaPoint, you're on your own.

As we are updating the list of supported embossers, does anyone on the list
know of anyone who can still repair those formerly supplied by Freedom
Scientific or Telesensory?

Hello,
No, Freedom Scientific will not service the VersaPoint. I have one that I sent
up there after they told me they wuld service it and then when they got it they
called me and told me no, that they won't service or repair VersaPoint
embossers anymore so they sent it backto me.
Hope this helps.

Still confused about who owns which companies. I know TSI collapsed, but then
came back for a while, before it was finally done.
Enabling Technologies took over the VersaPoint manufacture and sales in the
first interim, but they wouldn't service mine when I called them.
So, I'd be interested in finding out if Freedom Scientific would service the
VersaPoint, too. If I find out, I'll post the information. Jill

Telesensory but when Freedomscientific acquired Telesensory, Freedom Scientific
was selling and repairing the VersaPoint embossers. You might want to see if
they still are servicing them, if not make a deal if you are in the market and
sell it and buy a more current model of an embosser. Freedom Scientific's
number is 1-800-443--4443.
