I really like the Index Basic D made by Irie. It is a very reliable
embosser. It will do both interpoint and single-sided pages. Although I
have the V-4 the newest one, the V-5 is also wifi capable. I believe that
price-wise it is a good value. It runs about $3500 in US dollars. It is my
main embosser at TSBVI and has done thousands and thousands of pages of
braille without needing servicing and I also own one for the work I do on
my own time at home.
