That's what I've been saying. At this point, mymixes sound good all over
with the Event monitors I'm using.
It definitely is imperative to have monitors you are comfortable listening
through and know intimately.

Have you ever heard monitors that when used for a mix, helped you create
a final product that sounded good on just about anything, from boom boxes
to high-end stereos? I realize this is still mostly skills and trained
ears, but I'm wondering if there really is something out there that is
ideal for creating a mix that sounds good anywhere.
