Its often useful I think, to flick between two types of speakers; Studio
monitors and hifi speakers. I also am one of the few people who enjoy mixing
in headphones. I do this primarily because I spend a lot of time listening
to music in these headphones, so its nice to hear how they will sound in
them.

Also, if you're mainly recording midi, I'd imagine there's not much you'd
need to do with the sound as its all ccompressed and equalized.

For listening back to music that is not my own, I generallhy use my hifi
speakers which I think sound really good and are powed by a nice amp too.

I don't know much at all about studio moniters, so won't recommend anything
to you.

Today is a terribly sad day! All kenickie tracks have been mysteriously
removed from napster! This is a criminal offense in my opinion!
Just thought I'd share that with you, so you can all mourn with me!

Dave
