Yea you are right, EZDrummer separates them into 9 categories I think. When
I got EADrummer it had a sonar template that had 8 audio tracks, each routed
to an output on the mixer, so it might even be 8 and not 9...

Phil replied: sort of. For example, just come across an issue this week
where we added the Nashville EZX to Superior. However, those EZX's don't
have as many microphone outputs as the 14 outputs that Superior has. Also,
I couldn't separate the hi-hats and snare top mike in the set. I don't
think there was anything that could be done about that, as I had Sarah take
a look at this. I think EZDrummer has 9 mike outputs.
