Neville:
Erik is right, the keyboard layouts of laptops change a lot.  The JAWS key is 
usually the insert key which maybe to the right and one row down from the F12 
key.
There are some laptops that do have the full keyboard just like a desktop.  You 
might consider getting one of those if you don't mind the bigger size.
