Hi Bill,

The one I got was under #20 and it took away all the high interference
sounds from the lap top.

It doesn't plug in to the wall or anything like that, it simply has two male
phonos on a short cable which is attached to a barrel about the size of a
coke can you get on a plain, at the other end of the barrel is another cable
with female phonos.
