The problem may be a rendering issue - there are numerous jpeg
variants - perhaps DPingScan is unable to decode it.
For example in ArtWorks some jpegs cause an error: "Not supported by
SpriteExtend module". In this case it is sometimes possible to load
into another program, say Photodesk, resave and drag back into AW.
I don't know what rendering module DPingScan uses so don't know.
