I've upgraded to Chris's new DPlngScan 1.27, and until today it has
worked perfectly. However, someone sent me a jpg file which provokes
the error message:
05 Dec 16:09:59 000 000000CC: Error from DPlngScan: File name
'.DPlngScan0' not recognised
*where
Address &00000000 is system workspace
*showregs
Register dump (stored at &20029490) is:
R0 = 00000000 R1 = 00000000 R2 = 00000000 R3 = 00000000
R4 = 00000000 R5 = 00000000 R6 = 00000000 R7 = 00000000
R8 = 00000000 R9 = 00000000 R10 = 00000000 R11 = 00000000
R12 = 00000000 R13 = 00000000 R14 = 00000000 R15 = 00000000
Mode USR26 flags set: nzcvqjggggeaift PSR = 00000000
I don't understand the showregs, but to an untrained eye all those
zeros look a bit odd to me.
Same error in RISC OS 4.39 on VRPC. "File 'where' not found, even
though "Where" is in Boot.Library. A double-click on Where gives the
same &00000000, and showregs is full of zeros, too.
It opens fine in Windows 7.
I can happily send the file to anyone who might understand why this
error should happen; it's only a concert announcement.
ARMX6, RISC OS 5.23, RComp version, 29-Jun-16
Best wishes,
Peter.
