[CTS] Re: No CTS

I have no difference in either quality or failure from either name brand or
non-branded. Now on DVD-R it might make a difference as tight as the tracks
are, I'm not sure.
Many of the same Taiwan, ROC and other plants that make no-namers also put
out the brand names.
