Hi Sam, and thanks for the details. :-) I know my parents, only in their
fifties, know about him too, so he must have been popular for a long time. I
knew that the radio and TV shows about him existed, but I didn't know there
were books. I don't usually like westerns just because they're westerns, but
I've read a few I liked. I've read a few Louis L'Amours; occasionally a
little stilted but good adventures.
