I found a nice set of stereo speakers that are battery powered by two double
A batteries, have on/off switch and volume, they are hinged together, and
have a short (about 15 inches) cord with stereo mini jack for $1999 at Radio
Shack. They have very nice sound for the price, and the battery life seems
to be very good. These speakers fold together and a small plastic carrying
case comes with them that makes them very nice for throwing in a briefcase
or suitcase.

: Hi,
: Is anyone using a small set of external speakers with their Book Port that
: they really like?
:
: Also, although, I am not overly fond of ear buds, I would like a good
pair.
:
: The ones that came with the Book Port I do not find comfortable, and seem
to
: have a loud hiss in the background.
:
: Thanks for any suggestions.
