Yes, I have. I have a pair of over-the-ear muff type headphones and if I
adjust them carefully, they can accommodate my behind-the-ear hearing aids.
I use the aids in their normal mode so that I can hear if someone speaks to
me--I've not tried switching the aids to the telecoil phone pickup position
to see if that would work. Normally, though, I remove the aids when using
the Book Port.
