Shelly don't install the software that came with the scanner. Go to www.plustek.com and go to the suport link and choose the model scanner which is a combo box. In the next combo box is the operating system and in the last combo box is what you want to choose driver. You can save the folder which is a zip folder and when you go into the folder there is a file called install and enter on that and a wizzard comes up and just follow the prompts. Make sure you have the scanner plug in and connected to the computer. If the wizzard comes up with the found new hardware just cancel out of that. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Shelley L.
