Hi Lissi,
Congratulations on your first upload! You have a great attitude about
learning all these new things which can seem really complicated at first.
You're doing great, both with learning the Bookshare process and learning
about computers. I'll bet that in a couple more months you'll be the one
offering tech tips. <grin>
