My library has some, I will pull up some titles.
It isn't a topic I am extremely interesteed in, but would be glad to add to
the knowledge.
Also preserving foods, freezing cookery and the like, making maple syrup.

Since Arts & Crafts seem to be mentioned quite frequently, how about some
books on beer and wine making.
We have a couple history of, and guides to existing brands/types, but
nothing on the making of.
I can help suggest a few titles of beer making books, but as for the wine
making I'm afraid not.
For anyone interested, the following are considered either the classics or
bibles of home brewing.
The complete joy of home brewing By Charlie Papazian
How to Brew By John Palmer
Making beer By William Mares
The second title is available on the Internet, but you have to go through
it page by page, which can get tedious.
There are other titles as well, and I'm always interested to come across
them if anyone has a recommendation.
