Hi Jill,

Just like us volunteers, the Bookshare staff is truly dedicated to the 
cause.  I am aware that many of them spend lots of hours helping outside 
their normal work day.

I have noticed the same thing and, in fact, have uploaded a book after the
office has closed and had it approved. I decided that they are using some
automatic system but really don't know. Jill
