Thanks so much for the input--from two people, and so quick too.  I think
I'm going to have to reject the book, only because it seems that on some of
the alternate pages where the page breaks need to be inserted, the header is
missing, and so I'm afraid I will put them in the wrong place.  I use
Kurzweill and Word, and I just tried to go through and see if it would be
obvious where to put the breaks, but on some pages, the header appears to be
missing or badly placed, and it would just be way too time-consuming to go
through line-by-line.
