Paula,
If there is a way for you to figure out where the second page break should
be inserted such as a running header at the beginning of the page, please
insert the page break and approve the book. Otherwise, you should reject
this book since there aren't sifficient page breaks.

Hi list friends,
If a person submitted a book such that page breaks exist only at every other
page, because the submitter scanned two pages at once, but didn't adjust for
same in his/her OCR software settings, should I reject the book, or can I
approve the book, since page breaks do exist, but only at two-page
intervals.
