Speakinng as a Braille reader I do not care whether they are separated or
without spaces. However, like you, Julie, that is just for my books. For
the site when I validate, I leave them as they are.

I don't bother them. I usually leave them as they scan, however that might
be. Now, if we're talking about books I read for my own purposes from
Bookshare, I put them all together, which is standard braille procedure, at
least in most of what I've read, but I only do that for my own books, not
anything for the site. Take care.

Hi, Cindy. They look more standard with spaces between them, before, and
after, but I confess that unless there was an error in them when I scanned
something, I left them alone. I will try to be more conscientious about
them with the next book.
