We will make sure this is covered in the new version of the volunteer
manual, which we expect to post on the volunteer home page in about two
weeks. Once it¹s up there, we¹ll be able to dynamically update it whenever
changes are needed, and we will summarize those changes at the front of the
document (once we start revving it).
To start with, since so much content, we¹re going to recommend that all the
volunteers read the whole thing.

I for one don't know how to submit a braille file that would accomplish
this; please explain. I wish that Jake, Gerald and whoever else has any
influence with the staff would request guidance on this matter.
