I'm not suggesting uploading it as TXT. That's not a good idea. What I'd like to know is the file size without it being zipped, and the file size if you convert it to TXT. That would tell us how much RTF commands are in the file and if they got out of hand during the cleanup. Also, the time I had a file not want to upload, zipping it didn't make a difference, so I think it's more to do with the contents, tnot the file size. Also, how long are you waiting before giving up> Gerald -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of mickey Sent: Saturday, June 24, 2006 1:12 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Norton yet again! Hi, Gerald. I zipped the file, bringing it to 2550K, on a fast cable connection. It uploads just fine, sits at $100% forever, then disconnects. Will the system take it if I convert it to .txt? If so, I'll try it.
