I also asked for the RTF file size.  It's the difference between the two
that may tell us something. Plus, you also need to take into consideration
how large the file is that the tools are trying to process.

BTW, A 2.5 MB file should probably not take longer than 5 minutes to upload
on a cable modem as long as you don't have it hooked through one of the
older USB  ports, which are slower than the modem.
