In order to use Kurzweil's validation and scanning tools and jaws speech, you have to go in to jaws and tell it not to sleep while kurzweil is running. Then you have to go into kurzweil and tell it not to use kurzweil's speech, and not to use the k1000 keypad (you'll need these for jaws commands). At some time during this process you are getting double speech both from k1000 and jaws, but once you've finished doing all this jaws will provide your speech for kurzweil.
I've done this just to see what the results were, and personally found the results less than satisfactory, but it did work. And, that would be one way to find out which lines are indented.

In my experience, you don't even want them to or need them to run at the same time. I believe that by default JAWS is put to sleep, but I'm sure Nick will correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe someone elsecan chime in about this. Thanks. If youbuildthat into a sound scheme, you can switch to your homemade scheme and whenyou arrow to the indented lines, JAWS will speak them and tell you about the indentations. Alternatively, you can just go into the verbositydialogand turn it on and off if you don't want to go through the process of making the sound scheme. Thanks. This gets sticky when the poet indents lines for asthetic reasons as well. Sorry I can't give you an answer that will always be true.
