Dave,  no firestorm,  but we are in the process of ratcheting up QC 
standards.  What used to be acceptable quality, is increasingly being 
frowned upon as.  As you know, . . . I am slightly retentive in nature.

Hi Ann,

At the risk of getting another firestorm going, I don't believe 
according to any of the guidelines I've ever read, that a lack of 
chapter headings alone is reason for rejection.  While I recognize 
we're striving for excellence and perfection, sometimes you can't 
quite get there.  Hopefully however, the person who submitted the 
scan, or a sighted volunteer, can get you that info.
Ok, let the firestorm begin!
