It's Krueger with a K, not a C.
I can get the book from my library, if you can't reach
Theresa. Maybe John Glass will contact her for you?
If all you want is to know chapter headings, if there
are any other than Chapter 1, 2, etc., then it won't
matter what edition I get, right? Oddly, my branch has
the Spanish edition, but I can request the large type
edition and the regular edition from a different
library.
