Amazon didn't have the Table of Contents. B & N lists
the following: How It Ends; Chapter 1 (numeral, not
word); Chapter 2; Chapter 3; Chapter 4; Chapter 5;
Epilogue.
Clicking on Chapter 1 took me to a page with no
heading except the author's name and p. 4 and the text
starting with the line "It was a chilly morning. The
cold marble of the veranda..."
If you want me to get the book, let me know.
