IMO, the newest volunteers are the ones who perhaps can best  identify where 
guidelines are needed or where the manual needs clarification. The only time I 
have questions are when there are changes, such as with the pagination, e.g., 
how to number blank pages which I've been doing right along but in two 
different ways, i.e., originally the way bookshare now wants them and more 
recently with just the page number (with blank line before and after it. S I'm 
not stepping forward grin
