Misprints are really up to the original submitter. Some will say to leave
them as is because the goal is a replica of the print copy. However, for
scanners who have no way of comparing with the print page, it is likely to be
assumed a scanno and thus corrected.
Indexes are not considered core content and are not required for
BookShare submission, however wherever possible it would be helpful to include
them. A student somewhere down the road might be very greatful for that index,
as thats what a sighted person would use.
