We counted 46 species this weekend.  After two weekends away.I agree with
Charles, the summer doldrums have set in.  The warblers are gone and,
overall, the birds are quieter.  Our count was really good though, compared
to this period in past years.  The Great Crested Flycatcher and Cuckoo were
unexpected, but otherwise there was nothing really unusual here.  

This afternoon, I got a photo of an Indigo Bunting bathing in a muddy
