As a Presbyterian I would have thought nomenclature would be very
important to you. At least it was in the old days when ideas still meant
something. Then, you were a 'dissenter' from one angle or a member of
the 'elect' from another. Same thing in terms of the "the underlying
reality" (whatever that is), but vastly different treatment by society
at large.

And AD or BC or BCE? Dumb or what?
On every other planet of superior intelligence in the universe they must
be thinking "What are they thinking..." No wonder aliens have left us
alone...
Who would want us anyway? Other than a greedy colonial planet hunting
for resources. And lets face it, if they aren't quick about it, there
won't be anything left for them anyway, it will be all consumed for
making weapons.
