Yes I just recently talked to a structural guy at SpaceX and they were
still doing structural testing of the side boosters with hydraulic
actuators. He confirmed that they have not done a three booster firing at
McGregor yet.

Probably. In McGregor. They have to be doing static fires of the
propulsion system as part of development.
