Wow. Something came flying off in the general direction of the camera
(somewhat "camera left") at the moment of explosion. It came tumbling out
ahead of the fireball. Any idea what that thing is? Totally speculative
uninformed guess: flight termination charge fairing?

Originated around upper stage oxygen tank. Cause still unknown. More
