nitpick: you get better than .12 .. .14
my neighbors harvest 1150 .. 1250 kWh/a per kWp ( northern Germany / Angeln ) Bavaria should be slightly better ( more sun (+) but also hotter (-) ). 

would orbital power go much beyond .5 harvest factor ?
what is the impact of the losses?
