router, some routers use 0.1 instead of 1.1 at end

TCPconfig PPPrtr.CFG
Try above and report what occurs.

I've made the changes according to your instructions. I have recieved "Unable
to initialize TCP/IP"
I received this error both before changing the profile line and after it.
