Just going to thow out some things. What kind of thread are you using? If it
is rayon that could be the problem. I had a customer who changed thread and it
solved the issue.
Check the pressure foot. If the thread is snapping put the pressure foot up.
If it is shredding put the foot down. If you have V9 or V7 you might adust the
thread feed tab under settings, thread feed. Lower limit and material
thickness is listed. Thickness could go up under this tab. You could also try
to change from actifeed to standard of the other way around. That is only in
V9 or V7. Hope one of these things helps.
