I have been sewing a design that sews beautifully- I have done over 200 of
this design on Gildan hoodies without problem. IT is a large simple design in
one color. Lately, I began having thread breaks, first it seemed to be every
time there was a trim, then at other times too. At times there is thread wound
around behind the bobbin, other times not. I have checked the usual, replaced
the needle, changed needles, checked bobbin tension, checked my settings,
checked my step hook timing, etc. I can find nothing out of place. I think
maybe my cutter might be dull, but that doesn t account for everything. Any
ideas of what else to check?
