Check your bobbin - does it drop about 6 inches when you test? Also the needle 
plate may have a burr. Loosen the plate screws and put the head down to center 
- adjust the plate so that the needle is in the center and tighten screws. 
Check your acti feed and adjust higher if necessary.

I have changed all the needles thinking they were causing the thread breaks.  I 
am still getting constant breaks.  I rethread and start again. Get about 15 
stitches and it breaks again.

I have stitched this same design on my other brand machines w/ no problem.  I 
am doing burp diapers and have on 3 for the material type. Is not correct?  I 
couldn't decide what else would be like a diaper w/ ply center.
